Chef
Hoa “Chris” Dang
In 1992, Chris apprenticed under Hirochi Inagaki, an acclaimed sushi chef in Washington, D.C. From there, he settled in DFW and was executive chef at many restaurants, including Blue Ocean, Edohana & Midori Sushi.
Napoleon Escamilla
Napoleon’s first job as a sushi chef was in a Tom Thumb at their sushi department. His passion for the art lead him to a successful career at many well known establishments in DFW, including Nobu Dallas & Yutaka Sushi Bistro.
