Welcome to RJ’s new venture ” Butcher Shop Steakhouse Restaurant “. We are located near the heart of downtown Dallas, TX in the historic West End. The Butcher Shop Steakhouse restaurant prides itself in serving fine steak in a warm comfortable environment. As you first arrive, the aromas from our charcoal grill will hit you, whether in jeans or a suit you will know you are in the right place. We pride ourselves in serving only the freshest of ingredients. Our menu ranges from, wild salmon to prime aged steaks, chicken and fresh salads. Along with a wide variety of world class wines. Our friendly and professional staff looks forward to having you dine with us. The Butcher Shop also offers Off-Site catering and Banquet areas for your next special event, business lunch or just come and relax on the largest patio and bar in downtown Dallas.

First Course

Steakhouse Fries
Diced potatoes fried golden with house seasonings and topped with Monterrey jack cheese, aged cheddar, applewood bacon and then baked.
Topped with sour cream and green onions.
Add BBQ chicken $3

Seafood Fondue
Shrimp, crawfish and blue crab in a sherry cream sauce with aged cheddar in a fresh baked boule. $9

Truffle Fries
Idaho fries drizzled with white truffle oil and topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and served with homemade ketchup. $7

“Blue Crab” Crab Cakes
Jumbo lump crab meat with panko breadcrumbs and house seasonings pan seared and served on a bed of stone ground mustard. $12

BBQ Ribs
St. Louis style ribs char-coal grilled, with house seasonings and coated with Knob Creek
bbq sauce served with drunken beans.

Spinach Dip
Fresh hand picked spinach, artichokes and three cheese blend baked. Served with warm tortilla chips. $9 Add Jumbo Lump Crab $7
