Executive Chef Edward Nordsiek
Executive Chef Edward Nordsiek has been with Hilton Hotels for over 17 years. After being a Sous Chef at the Hilton Glendale, Ca. he worked at the Fess Parker Doubletree in Santa Barbara, Ca. as an Executive Sous Chef. He is now our Executive Chef for the Doubletree Guest Suites and the 15th Street Cafe here in Austin. Chef Ed, as we call him, ensures that we deliver consistent and excellently prepared food no matter if it is an event for thousands or a dinner for two in the café.
